The general terms and conditions for shipping via Domino Shipping (an activity of Stichting Domino Foundation Dominican Republic) have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce.

By handing over your shipment, you declare that:

• you are fully responsible for the contents of the shipment;
• you have read and understood the general terms and conditions, and agree to them;
• you agree to the privacy statement of Domino Foundation Dominican Republic.

The general terms and conditions will be published here before going live, as soon as they have been provided and checked by the board. The terms and conditions cover, among other things: the nature of the service, rates, payment, permitted and prohibited goods, packaging, customs, delays, damage, loss, liability, collection and delivery, storage, uncollected shipments, force majeure, complaints, and applicable law.
